75th Anniversary Celebration

Mark your calendar. Created in 1935 by the Florida Legislature, Florida State Parks has grown from eight to 160 parks over the last 75 years. Celebrate with us every day throughout 2010 in each of our state parks. Special events and ranger-led programs will introduce you to Florida’s natural beauty and environment.

Make a Reservation

Cabins and camping are available at 55 Florida state parks. Cabins vary from rustic to modern. Most campgrounds accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Reservations are recommended and can be made up to 11 months in advance.
